The setting you are referring to is just for the Region Data Line, which is the informational data line at the top of each region. Refer to the information here: Chart Settings: Region Data Lines (List) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Regions >> Region Data Line menu) The only way to remove a region is to either hide or remove all the studies that are in that region.
