I am having issues with real-time trading through Bitmex API whereby attached orders are not being activated after parent order is successfully executed on the exchange (Bitmex). Furthermore, I observe that there is no change of the orders status reflected in the Trade Orders Window, the parent order status is still "open" and the attached orders status are "pending child - client". Thus, it left me with an open position without any targets and stop.
