You almost have it. You will need to pay for the cost of the Exchange Fee in all cases. The difference is whether you need to pay the Professional rate or the Non-Professional rate. If you setup the account at AMP, then you can qualify for the Non-Professional exchange fees, which looks like you are interested in the $10.40 CME with Market Depth (the Professional version of that exchange is $109.20) After that, you are good to go with the CME Data. If you want to also get the U.S. Equities, then you would also need to follow the Setup Instructions for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.
