We see that you are setup to use Sierra Chart on 3 systems and that you have the Denali Exchange Data Feed setup for 2 systems. So you should be receiving Real-Time data for the CME Group on 2 of your systems.

Please choose one of your systems that should be getting Real-Time data and follow these instructions to get us your Message Log from that system:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
