First, we want to make sure we understand the situation and we need to know whether the 2 instances of Sierra Chart are on the same computer or on different computers? If they are on different computers, then the problem is that you are not licensed to receive the Denali Exchange Data Feed on two different computers at the same time. Refer to the information here:

If they are on the same computer, then we would need to see the Message Log from that second instance. Follow these instructions to post the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
