So here your complaint that something is wrong, has now generated this complaint due to the solution we implemented: SETTLEMENTS So you can see that we cannot make anyone happy here. So we want you to respond to them, that you were getting "wrong" settlement prices. And that you were not happy about that. And you were insisting they were wrong.
