The basic reason you cannot accomplish reliably what you want is that order fills are matched according to time and according to LIFO or FIFO matching. There simply is no association with the parent order and child order relationship. It is completely unpredictable as to how the order fills will be matched because it is not known exactly what the Target and Stop order offsets are and the order in which they would fill.
