The first thing to do is to run in Safe Mode and see if the issue is related to any 3rd party studies that may be on your chart. Refer to the information here: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Using Safe Mode If you continue to have a problem when in Safe Mode, then we would need to see your Message Log. Refer to these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
