Support, I have my ES chartbook that have not changed for smore than a week (no new settings, alterations or new studies). As of today reopen I am no longer able to successfully load this chartbook after restarting Sierra. After chartbook is opened and loaded it continues to reload historical data every few seconds and freezing the platform. I have deleted all data files for ES and brought back the backup copy of the same chartbook as of 4 days ago. Now the problem is different - it continues to display "Downloading Continuous Contract data" on several charts and never comes back. This clearly looks like an issue with a data feed of some sort as this same very chartbook has been working perfectly fine as of few hours ago. I am using version 148 and loading maximum of 120 days of data (as it was configured for many weeks and worked without any issues). Please advise. |
