We need to understand what you are doing. So you have set up another copy of Sierra Chart to do simulated trading accessing data from a source copy that you do live trading from? If so, you do not need to be connected to any data feed in the destination copy. Make sure you have Global Settings >>General Settings >> Use Non-Chart Data from Remote Instances enabled.
