Probably not. The Ask and Bid data that is in the Numbers Bars study are only available using ACSIL. So if you are coloring based on any of the options for Ask or Bid data, then you would need to create a study to do what you want. Refer to the information here to get started programming with ACSIL: Advanced Custom Study Interface and Language (ACSIL) If, however, you happen to be using total Volume or Trades, then it is possible, but you would need to add a study based on the particular item (such as the Volume study) and then write the alert on that study.
