It is best that you update Sierra Chart from the options within the software. That really works best. I want you to update one more time, and use the option from within Sierra Chart, but before you begin the install on the installer window, first select the option for Install Optional Components on the installer and then start the installation. Again, if you can please send the logfile after completion, it would help us. But we think this will resolve your issue.
