It sounds like you are not using the options from within Sierra Chart to perform the upgrade. If you have not done it this way, then please go to into Sierra Chart and select Help >> Download Current Version. Let us know if it then has the correct installation directory and after the installation, send us the logfile again. Also, let us know if the User Contributed studies is working or not.
