It sounds like the file did not update with the upgrade to version 2150, but it should have. Please try the installation again for version 2150. At the end of the installation, before you select the Close button, select the button for Send Log to Support in the upper right corner of the installation window. Let us know when you have done this in this thread. Also try the User Contributed Studies again after the update and see if it works and not, and also let us know that.
