Yes, we were looking at the TPO. But even looking at the candlestick chart (TPO_Candle #7), everything is working as we expect. We are not sure chart you are changing when you say you change the symbol? But keep in mind the following: if you are changing the symbol on the Source chart (Pre-Open-Chart-Mark-Up #3) then the destination chart should not change. Those drawings are still associated with that chart, but they are for a different symbol. If you turn on the option for Show Chart Drawings from Different Symbols in that source chart, then you would see those drawings on that same chart (assuming that you can bring them into view, depending on their value).
