I am definitely not using Crossing from above, because then this message would be understandable and I would not have written this support request. See above "it uses the wrong alert type it seems..." And what has that to do with the previous bars Last? There should be an alert when the Last Crosses or equals a given Price, bars are not really of interest in this case if you are using daily bars and want an alert intraday, when the Last crosses a Price. There is no bar change AFTER setting this alert. It all happens on a daily bar, no bar change involved. As I said, it cannot be intended this way.
