The main issue is that you have not completed the setup for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. You activated the data feed, but you now need to sign the agreements and then activate the exchange(s) you want. Refer to the Setup Instructions starting here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions_SignTheAgreements In terms of using the data on two computers, you can only access it from one at a time. If you want to switch computers, you need to make sure that you have disconnected from the data feed on the first computer before going to the second one (or exited from Sierra Chart altogether).
