further instructions please ... AMP account now setup and ready, I've selected "Sierra-CQG>purchased own License directly from SC" and selected the CBOT-$10-Financials package, just for now for setup/testing purposes. 1. For trading YM (CBOT dowMini), is it suggested to subscribe/use SC/CQG or AMP/CQG datafeed? 2. ... and are there any other items/things for me to consider/activate/etc. ?
