Yes we can confirm this was an issue at the 9:30 US Eastern open on 2020-07-23. There was no updating for about seven seconds and then there were updates and then no updating again for about 10 seconds. It is hard to tell where the origin of issues like these are unless we are carefully monitoring the whole set of processes at each point. But there is evidence that this was an issue on the Barchart Open Feed side. So we are going to let them know about it now. Update: We are not totally sure whether the problem was on the Open Feed side. There is further evidence indicating it might not have been. There are some things we are doing now which may resolve it. We want to know if you continue to see a problem in the coming days.
