Every time you save a spreadsheet a backup is also saved. Working with Spreadsheets: Accessing a Backup Spreadsheet File If you change any of the formulas in the spreadsheet you can save it before testing it by selecting the spreadsheet window and doing File>>Save. If Sierra crashes, your changes to the formulas and other cell values (e.g. Col. H) are saved. |
