There's no doubt the problem was solved. We recommend doing this again: Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease. Perform the installation of the latest revision when the download is complete. After this you will need to go to the chart and re-download the data again with Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. Once you see the data is downloaded for the current symbol of the chart, then reload the data in the chart by selecting Chart >> Reload. In the next release, this part will become automatic.
