That approach is rather strange and should be addressed. The Denali data feed connection should establish connection with the cme regardless of whether the TransAct order server connection is established(without the feature diasabled). Then in the background attempt to reconnect to the TransAct order server. I am not sure why this is difficult to accomplish or why there are so many issues between TransAct and Sierra/Denali.
