We need to make a correction, you are correct about the millisecond portion. It should be in the format .001 for 1 ms. Instead it was .1. We are correcting that. We thought we had looked at this before and made sure it is correct, and we do know that other programs can manipulate the data. However, what we say about the date format is correct.
