This is absolutely flatley untrue: For example, as of now it exports the date as 07/18/2020 These are conversions with the program you are using is doing!! Not Sierra Chart! For example the date is actually 2020-07-18. You are simply posting false incorrect information. But we do see there is a problem with the millisecond portion and we will resolve that. There is nothing wrong with the exported date format. It is in proper standardized international format. And post #4 has no sympathy from us whatsoever.
