In regards to post #5, you need to reduce the Chart Update Interval: Chart Settings: Chart Update Interval in Milliseconds (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Update Interval menu) If the issue is related to connectivity (does not look like that to us at all), then refer to help topic 4.16: Prices / Data Falling Behind: 4.16 - Monitoring Sierra Chart Data Feed Performance from Perspective of Server User at post #5 is using the Denali data feed.
