Hi, I'm a client with CQG and I'm using Sierra Charts to display the data. The data seems to have changed recently, and I'm not sure what is going on. Over the weekend, a few weeks back, the price data for NG changed, and the charts are no longer the same. I distinctly remember CQG's and Sierra's price data looking like the patterns seen on TradingView's NG data. However, all I see now using Sierra and CQG, is the data displayed differently - with April 2nd's low being the same as June 25ths. The easiest way to tell that the data is different, is noticing that the low on April 2nd is the same as the low on June 25th. CQG and Sierra display these lows as a double bottom, whereas Trading view displays the June 25th low as a lower low. I know for certain, that the low on April 2nd was above the June 25th low, and that CQG and SC did show this. Now however, they do not. Can someone help make sense of this problem? Here is a chart of Trading View's NG data. https://www.tradingview.com/chart/?symbol=NYMEX%3ANG1%21 Here is an image of CQG's data with volume based rollover. https://imgur.com/4yBFUWg Here is an image of CQG's data with date based rollover. https://imgur.com/S6F8Kiy I hope you folks over at support can help make sense of what is going on. Thank you for reading, and for your help. -Ben |
