1. This would be due to a network connectivity issue between your computer and the server. Refer to the section here for information which may help:

2. This is not good. Maybe an exception was encountered. Enable this option:
General Settings Window: Save Message Log to File (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Log >> Log)

When you have the problem again provide us the latest Message Log file.
