Hello, As mentioned in this thread...I want to view stocks and index charts for Canada's TSX in real time. I noticed that I needed to renew my service 5 (Advanced) Package, which I did and paid $98.98USD and the payment receipt email is attached. Then I followed your instructions to subscribe to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and enable the TSX Equities exchange but I got a prompt to that I didn't have enough balance, so I paid another $13.13USD which you can see in the same attached email of the receipt. Now it says I have a balance of $14.80USD which you can see from the JPG attached. So I've paid $112.11USD so far but I can't seem to activate the 1st connection in the Real-Time Data Connections. I'm a technical guy but I'd rather pull my finger nails out then navigate this site. I want to give you money...please make it easy for me to do so! What is wrong with my account that I can't activate the TSX charts? |
