SC Support, 1. The Denali data feed has been randomly disconnecting, which is unusual. Is this a known issue? I am using TransAct for order routing. 2. I am unable to connect to the Danali data feed at the 6PM Est Asia open by simply clicking the connect button. Instead, I have to exit the program and relaunch in order to connect. This was not the case as I recall months ago. Is this a known issue? |
