download of historical data from your servers is not working properly and backfilling daily and monthly charts. I get holes in historic data from recent data. In your case the data is coming from Rithmic. Not Sierra Chart. So the limitation is with Rithmic and now you can see the reality of what Rithmic offers in regards to historical data.You need to change to the Advanced service package for historical data when using Rithmic: To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.
