Thank you for attaching the email. We see what happened. We have a process that checks when new trials are activated to see if the user has already had a trial. In your case, it appears that there was a trial account used previously, but had not used the full 15 days of time. Therefore, 7 days were removed from your trial to account for the previous time used. We have gone ahead and given you back the 7 days of usage time starting from today.
