Dear Sir or Madam,

I do not have access to NEW Instance. I have signed all new agreements, following instruction HELP/ACCOUNT CONTROL PANEL. Even paid $10 which I think I need to ask for the payment back. However I still have no access to my NEW INSTANCE. Could you give me the access as soon as possible, please? Is there anyone to talk to in case of emergency at Sierra Charts? Even a chat service? I need access to new instances urgently!!!!

Please support me as soon as possible.
