Problem solved. I found a workaround by install updated version on another pc, then copy to sierrachart folder. Thanks! Tim p.s. 1) when double click on the installer of first pc, nothing happens. possibly a) stopped by windows 10 or b) i have 2 monitors and the installer is positioned outside of the 2 monitors. 2) i did verify on the other pc, installer has written file log and a progress bar. |
