This is not making any sense to us. Backup files have always been made. Due to recent changes with Chartbook files, when re-saving a Chartbook in a newer version and it is in an older format, a backup is made directly within the Data folder. This does not cause any problem. So your statements are completely inconsistent with fact. This is a completely ridiculous statement: which is fragmenting my chartbooks rendering them useless???????
