If you are just trading the CME Group of markets we only recommend the Denali exchange data feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed If you are trading other exchanges or other exchanges in addition to the CME group, just stay with CQG for now. We will be adding EUREX to the Denali data feed later in the year. Also among the list you gave above, we do not support any of those any longer.
