To begin with, you are not connected to any Real-Time data. It looks like you were wanting to get data from the CME Group, but there has not been a selection of the specific exchange desired. You are also setup to have this billed through AMP, so let AMP know to complete the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed and let them know which Exchange(s) you want. You will find the list of exchanges here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Supported Exchanges (Exchange Fees) If you want to get Real-Time data for FGBL, then you would need to get the EUREX data feed. To do this, you would need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. You would need to pay for this directly to us (Sierra Chart) as AMP is not setup to perform billing for that data feed.
