First thing to try is the Force Login option to make sure that your authorizations are all updated on your local system. Refer to the information here: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Forced Login If you still have a problem after that, then please select File >> Open Market Depth Window for the symbol for which you are having a problem and let us know if you see the full depth of market there or not.
