The symbol that you would use depends on the trading service that you are using. If you are not connected to a trading service and have the Data/Trade Service Settings set to SC Data - All Services, then you will see the symbol ESU20. If you were connected to CQG then you would see F.US.EPU20. The most likely reason for an issue with a Renko bar is that you have the option for New Bar at Session Start set to Yes.
