We have been running your Chartbook and have not been able to reproduce the issue since the first time it happened to us, which at that time was showing a Scale setting of Independent. We will see if we can reproduce this ourselves. But if you can supply the Chartbook at the time that you have the problem that would be helpful. Just attach it like you did previously.
