This was the response we received from CTS after they examined the logs related to your connections: I see six unexpected disconnects between this user’s PC and 6 different host servers on our end for both traditional API connections (our frontend) and SierraChart fix connections. This suggests the user’s local internet connectivity is flaky at best. We are not aware of any other internet related issues system wide at the moment. This user needs to improve their internet connectivity. This can all be seen by the user and the user’s FCM in their session details available on line.
