It relates to TT indicating a Position which does not exist. There are no order issues related to their account. This is the only second known instance of a position reporting issue. One of them was more than a year ago, and it was resolved by TT and had a very specific cause. The cause of this is unknown. we are suspecting it is a configuration issue with the users TT account.
