No this is definitely not true: I literally have to keep SC and my computer running the whole day if I want to keep a runner...
Here is the the technical explanation for what you are seeing: Attached Orders: Reconnected to Different Server (Child Orders Disappear) I have tried to reconnect to the same primary server (server 2 in my case) but the same issue just happened again. You need to be aware of what server the Bracket order was originally submitted to. It may not have been the Primary server.
