There was a change to how the default settings are changed, and you are using the correct method by selecting the button for "Save Defaults". Also, the files where these are stored are in the folder named "DefaultStudySettings" which is located under the main Sierra Chart installation folder. But you should not be having any problem with this. Still, the first thing to do is to update to the current release (2125) and try on that version and see if you still have any problems.
