First, it looks like the dot may simply be off the top of the screen in the second image. Be sure to adjust the scale and see if it is definitely not there. Second, you would need to look at all of the settings between the charts as to what may be different. We do not know what the study is that you are working with, so we cannot say what to look at, apart from everything. Another option is to simply duplicate the chart that is working for you and resize the new one as you want it.
