The reason why is because the Swing High and Low subgraphs are mostly zeros. The only time they are not zeros is when there is actually a swing at a bar, and most of the time there will not be both a High and Low on a single bar. The fill area Draw Styles require that there be a High and Low at the same time on a bar, and you really want to see it across multiple bars. The Swing High and Low study does not work that way.
