Dear Support, When I share chartbooks with others, I always make sure to *not* select/disable 'Use Global Graphics Settings...' in the Chart -> Graphics Settings for each individual charts and DOMs in a chartbook. Until now this worked well and guaranteed that the users see the same colors/settings, no matter how their Global Graphics settings are configured. With the newer versions - can not tell exactly when it started, but surely with v2124 and v2125 - when a user newly loads the chartbook, all charts have the 'Use Global Graphics Settings' enabled. This overrides most/all of the graphics settings related color customizations. It does not help if the user turns off the 'Use Global' option, the charts do not revert back to the colors I set. The individual settings should be manually adjusted after reloading the chartbook into SC (File -> Open Cht). Unfortunately I am not able to replicate this behavior locally when copying chartbooks between my own instances, but I have been able to confirm/see this today while I was giving remote assistance to a user. The problem exists even when the same SC version is used to create the chartbook and on the user's computer. Can you please advise on how can I fix/overcome this when setting up my chartbooks? I want make sure the user gets the same color scheme that I create. Thanks in advance. |
