One thing we would like you to do is to update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version. It receives more efficient market data updates from the CTS FIX server. However, we have looked at your Message Log and this is what we are seeing: CTS Historical FIX Session: Disconnected. | 2014-01-22 09:25:37 Socket closed. Windows error code 10053: The 10053 network socket error is in relation to the Historical data FIX connection. This is normal. That connection will be closed by the server within one minute of the last request for historical data. You can disregard it.
