This is not making sense to us: Everything is slow, slow to change charts, slow to open settings, etc. You said you just have one trading DOM open. But yet you are making reference to charts. You are describing a total impossibility. Anyway we we cannot help with any issues with the CQG data feed if there is a problem with that feed itself. Set the Chart Update Interval to 250: Chart Settings: Chart Update Interval in Milliseconds (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Update Interval menu) We want you to use the delayed exchange data feed: Delayed Exchange Data Feed Let us know how that data feed works for you.
