First thing to do is to check the Windows Task Manager and see if any Sierra Chart processes are already running. If they are, terminate those but this would be a very unusual condition to have Sierra Chart running but not visible. And would be a Windows issue if this is true. Then start Sierra Chart again and let us know exactly what is happening. Are you getting nothing at all? Are you getting the Login screen, but nothing after that? If you are seeing nothing at all after you try and start Sierra Chart, then we need you to look in the Task Manager to see if the Sierra Chart process is running.
