Our recommendation is just to use Sierra Chart only for charting with our own data feeds and do not use Sierra Chart with Interactive Brokers under any circumstances. We have terminated all support for Interactive Brokers. They are history and cannot be trusted and they have garbage systems. You are looking for help we will not provide under any circumstances.
